一、簡介（Applications）
LDZ3系列電磁失電制動器為通電脫離（釋放），斷電彈簧制動的摩擦式制動器。它主要與Y系列電動機(jī)配套成YEJ系列電磁制動三相異步電動機(jī)。廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、建筑、化工、食品、機(jī)床、包裝等機(jī)械中，及在斷電時(shí)（防險(xiǎn)）制動等場合。
這種制動器具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安裝方便、適應(yīng)性廣、噪聲低、工作頻率高、動作靈敏、制動可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種理想的自動化執(zhí)行元件。

三、手動釋放裝置使用說明（Operation instructions of manual releasing device）
這是一種能軟、硬釋放的手動釋放裝置。當(dāng)旋緊釋放螺釘，通過鋼球推動釋放板，從而拉動銜鐵解除制動，旋松螺釘，銜鐵通過彈簧力復(fù)位，恢復(fù)制動狀態(tài)，即為硬釋放；軟釋放時(shí)須將釋放螺釘換為手柄，向后端扳動手柄即可解除制動。（參見安裝示意圖）
It is can soft, hard releasing device. As fasten screw, it promote release board to through steel ball, pull armature, remove the brake. Loose screw, armature restore to the throne through spring strength, resume to brake state , this is hard releasing ; Soft must change to releasing screw handle, pull handle back end can remove the brake. (see the sketch map of install)
這是一種能軟、硬釋放的手動釋放裝置。當(dāng)旋緊釋放螺釘，通過鋼球推動釋放板，從而拉動銜鐵解除制動，旋松螺釘，銜鐵通過彈簧力復(fù)位，恢復(fù)制動狀態(tài)，即為硬釋放；軟釋放時(shí)須將釋放螺釘換為手柄，向后端扳動手柄即可解除制動。（參見安裝示意圖）

五、安裝（Installation）
安裝注意事項(xiàng) Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝時(shí)必須保證氣隙“δ”；
When fixing, the airgap "δ" should be kept to the specified value.
●齒輪套不得有軸向竄動。
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
●安裝后必須旋出空心螺栓鎖緊在電機(jī)后端蓋或法蘭盤上。
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
