一、簡(jiǎn)介（Applications）
LDZ3系列電磁失電制動(dòng)器為通電脫離（釋放），斷電彈簧制動(dòng)的摩擦式制動(dòng)器。它主要與Y系列電動(dòng)機(jī)配套成YEJ系列電磁制動(dòng)三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、建筑、化工、食品、機(jī)床、包裝等機(jī)械中，及在斷電時(shí)（防險(xiǎn)）制動(dòng)等場(chǎng)合。
這種制動(dòng)器具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安裝方便、適應(yīng)性廣、噪聲低、工作頻率高、動(dòng)作靈敏、制動(dòng)可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種理想的自動(dòng)化執(zhí)行元件。

三、手動(dòng)釋放裝置使用說(shuō)明（Operation instructions of manual releasing device）
這是一種能軟、硬釋放的手動(dòng)釋放裝置。當(dāng)旋緊釋放螺釘，通過(guò)鋼球推動(dòng)釋放板，從而拉動(dòng)銜鐵解除制動(dòng)，旋松螺釘，銜鐵通過(guò)彈簧力復(fù)位，恢復(fù)制動(dòng)狀態(tài)，即為硬釋放；軟釋放時(shí)須將釋放螺釘換為手柄，向后端扳動(dòng)手柄即可解除制動(dòng)。（參見(jiàn)安裝示意圖）
It is can soft, hard releasing device. As fasten screw, it promote release board to through steel ball, pull armature, remove the brake. Loose screw, armature restore to the throne through spring strength, resume to brake state , this is hard releasing ; Soft must change to releasing screw handle, pull handle back end can remove the brake. (see the sketch map of install)

五、安裝（Installation）
安裝注意事項(xiàng) Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝時(shí)必須保證氣隙“δ”；
When fixing, the airgap "δ" should be kept to the specified value.
●齒輪套不得有軸向竄動(dòng)。
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
●安裝后必須旋出空心螺栓鎖緊在電機(jī)后端蓋或法蘭盤(pán)上。
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
